Since our start in 1986, Westpak has always welcomed our customers in house to conduct testing, inspections, and further our partnerships. The covid19 pandemic put a halt to that long-standing activity; our office moved to basic in-house operations while providing essential supply chain support and honoring shelter in place mandates. We’ve missed our customers!

As our state moves into increased stages of business operations, Westpak has taken steps to protect both our internal team and our visiting customers from the lingering threats of covid19. We have implemented return-to-work protocols, including daily cleaning, temperature monitoring, designated customer areas, increased free space in common areas, and reviewed our distancing practices.

Customers returning to Westpak’s test laboratories will be provided with a ‘customer care kit’ complete with hand sanitizer, gloves, a mask, and modified in-house protocols. (We were happy to support a local business that pivoted their brewery into hand sanitizer production to support community needs.)

We understand many of your in-person testing needs were put on hold due to shelter in place orders. Westpak looks forward to scheduling you back in house under our new cleaning protocols to support your projects.
