San Jose State University BMES students toured WESTPAK’s accredited San Jose testing facility in early May 2022.
Tour guides included WESTPAK’s President & CEO, Nora Crivello, Tim Moe, Sr. Sales Executive, and SJSU alums Greg Schwinghammer, Site Director, and Mark Escobedo, Principal Engineer.
This wasn’t your everyday tour with a tour guide lineup like that! Our guests observed a considerable amount of the test equipment WESTPAK’s staff uses to evaluate the devices they may soon be involved with as interns and graduates.
The tour date, Cinco de Mayo, was perfect. At the end of the tour, our guests joined WESTPAK’s staff in the Harbour for delicious Mexican food, including tacos and beverages of many kinds.
There was even a pinata whose top failed on the second swing of the bat! The goodies flowed after that.
The event provided a much-appreciated collaboration opportunity between these distinguished BMES students and the WESTPAK team. Thank You!
