WESTPAK, Inc.’s accredited testing laboratory in San Diego, CA, proudly hosts the Equipment Reliability Institute’s (ERI) three-day course “Fundamentals of Random Vibration and Shock Testing” from February 28th to March 2nd, 2023.
ERI’s instructor and industry expert, Steve Brenner, will share his knowledge and experience in dynamic testing with students using interactive methods, videos, and a lab tour, including test equipment set-up and demonstrations. Class time includes discussion of student questions regarding actual product reliability and test challenges so everyone can gain knowledge.
The course applies to any vibration and shock testing performed per environmental test protocols, including MIL-STD-810, IEC specifications, and other documents providing test methodology. Also, the test methods explained apply to evaluating all equipment subjected to dynamic environments. Examples include transportation or in-use environments for data storage, military/aerospace, commercial, or consumer products.
