Customer Satisfaction Survey
Internally, all of our teams work together to continuously improve the products and services we provide to our clients. One of the primary inputs used in the process is the returned Customer Satisfaction Survey that each client has the option to submit at the conclusion of their test. Each survey is reviewed individually and comments shared with our teams every Tuesday morning.

Customer Input from San Jose Laboratory’s Client Appreciation Open House 2017
On May 17, 2017, dozens of new and existing clients attended the San Jose laboratory’s 16th Client Appreciation Open House event. Each guest was warmly received, welcomed, and taken good care of by our dedicated and grateful team members. Great food was served, games were enjoyed, and lab tours were provided to all.
We used the raffle drawing as an opportunity to gather customer input. Some of the best comments are shown below:
